- Grant of credit line – processing of loan applications including validation against norms, planning of phased disbursement, computation of interest and calculation of EMI (equated monthly installments)
- Loan documentation – loan agreement, deed of hypothecation and guarantees
- Loan disbursement – release of loan amount to the borrower according to the phased disbursement plan
- Loan recovery (EMI) – logging of payments made by the borrowers, accounting of installments received, tracking of defaults
- Term deposits – keeping track of investments made by investors in the corporation’s term deposits scheme, issue of term deposit receipts, calculation and payment of interest at predetermined intervals, servicing requests for premature withdrawal and final payment upon maturity
