- Preprocess scrutiny of paper documents and data provided by the clients in Excel format
- Collecting missing inputs from the clients
- Creating accounting entries from the above data sources
- Bank reconciliation
- Identifying prepayments and unpaid liabilities
- Calculating depreciation and deferred tax liability/asset
- Data entry in SAGE (accounting software)
- Computation of Corporation Tax for limited companies
- Generating Sales Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Journals, Nominal Ledger and Day Books
- Formatting and printing of Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P& L A/c and Schedules
- Creation of audit trails with drill down facility
- Submission of transaction data and output reports in soft copy
